For the past 15 years, I’ve served as a consultant and coach to basketball players, coaches, business leaders, and parents—but only within the teams I led or the businesses I operated. Now, it’s time to expand that reach and help a broader audience.
Years of working closely with athletes, coaches, parents, and sports organizations have given me a well-rounded and practical perspective on what drives growth and success—both on and off the court. How I can Help……

Coach Laff will spend time ON COURT with an athlete assessing and enhancing their skills, followed by a live meeting which can be used for players/parent consultation, film study, or both.
The core goals of these sessions are determined by an initial 15- 30 min video meeting to lay the foundation for our time together.

Coach Laff will work with players, parents, business leaders, teams and young coaches in live meetings which can be in person or through video.
Sessions can cover a variety of topics and provide value in several ways which will be covered in our initial 30 min video meeting.

After an initial session with Coach Laff, whether its something on court or a simple video call consulting session, Coach Laff can become a regular piece of a player, business leader, or teams on going process to improve. Customized long term plans to work together are often recommended.
On Court Session Options
The 90 spot - Specifically for Basketball Players ages 6-18$175.00
Coach Laff will meet with the athlete and spend 60 minutes on the court, followed by 30 minutes off the court. During off court time, family members are welcome to join in the consultation and follow up. All 90 spot sessions will include the athlete and family member filling out a questionnaire ahead of time and spending 15-30 minutes on a video call with Coach Laff before meeting for the On Court Session.
The 90 spot + Live Game Study - Specifically for Basketball Players ages 6-18$250.00
This plan follows the same process as the 90 Spot but also includes Coach Laff attending a live game the athlete is playing in. The combination of the 90 spot workout, meeting, and witnessing the athlete in an actual game will help Coach Laff provide quality feedback and direction, plus put a longer term plan together if interested.
Customized On Court Options - For both players, teams and coaches$TBD after initial 15-30 min video call
Customized plans, with on-going support, are what make Coach Laff truly valuable. Interested in having a full time coach in your back pocket, always there to provide quality advice, honest feedback, new ideas, and consistent assistance navigating your challenges! Coach Laff is here to help. These packages are limited to a certain amount of customers at a time as they tend to take up a lot of time both ON and OFF the court - They can include, however not limited to, 1-1 training sessions on the court, live game study, film study, attending team practices, sitting in on team meetings, and more. Customized packages are great for players, coaches and even entire teams!
Off the Court Session Options
POWER HOUR (1on1) - Perfect for Coaches, Business Leaders, Parents of Athletes, and Players.$125.00
Coach Laff is available to help guide you in your current situation to expedite your success! These meetings can be done on a video call or live in person at his office, gym, or convenient location in town. All Power Hours are prefaced by the customer filling out a questionnaire that will help lead discussion during our time together.
Many power hour meetings lead to additional work together, however this is a great place to start.
TEAM/GROUP/ORGANIZATION Consultation Package$600.00
Five full hours of Coach Laff and your team or business, working together through a series of calls, video meetings, and live in person time.
Team Consults are customized based on the exact needs the coach or business leader who leads their team or organization is looking for. Coach Laff will spend 15-30 minutes on a call to go over specific needs and goals. Using that information, a specific plan outlining how the 5 hours of time will be used together, including all deliverables from Coach Laff will be created and then executed!
