For the past 15 years, I’ve served as a consultant and coach to basketball players, coaches, business leaders, and parents—but only within the teams I led or the businesses I operated. Now, it’s time to expand that reach and help a broader audience.
Years of working closely with athletes, coaches, parents, and sports organizations have given me a well-rounded and practical perspective on what drives growth and success—both on and off the court. How I can Help……

Coach Laff will spend time ON COURT with an athlete assessing and enhancing their skills, followed by a live meeting which can be used for players/parent consultation, film study, or both.
Customized plans will be made for on-going work together after an initial assessment and understanding of the customer’s goals.

Coach Laff will work with players, parents, business leaders, teams and young coaches in live meetings which can be in person or through video.
Sessions can cover a variety of topics and provide value in several ways. Customized plans are generally built after the first meeting.

After an initial session together, Coach Laff can become a regular piece of a player, business leader, or teams on going process to improve. Customized long term plans to work together are often recommended.
Initial Meeting Options
The 75 spot - Specifically for Basketball Players ages 6-18$125.00
Coach Laff will meet with the athlete and spend 45 minutes on the court, followed by 30 minutes off the court. During off court time, family members are welcome to join in the consultation and follow up. All 75 spot sessions will include the athlete and/or family member filling out a questionnaire ahead of time or spending 15-30 minutes on a call with Coach Laff before meeting for the On Court Session.
Usually after these sessions, Coach Laff will create a customized proposal that includes future workouts, video calls, mental training, and consultation around the best practices to follow in youth hoops.
POWER HOUR (1on1) - Perfect for Coaches, Business Leaders, Parents of Athletes, and Players.$125.00
Coach Laff is available to help guide you in your current situation to expedite your success! These meetings can be done on a video call or live in person at the office, gym, or convenient location in town. All Power Hours are prefaced by the customer filling out a questionnaire that will help lead discussion during our time together.
Many power hour meetings lead to additional work together, however this is a great place to start and get a feel on whether Coach Laff is the right consultant for your situation!
Customized On/Off Court Options - For both players, teams, parents and coaches$TBD after initial 15-30 min video call
Customized plans, with on-going support, are what make Coach Laff truly valuable. Interested in having a full time coach in your back pocket, always there to provide quality advice, honest feedback, new ideas, and consistent assistance navigating your challenges! Coach Laff is here to help. These packages are limited to a certain amount of customers at a time as they tend to take up a lot of time both ON and OFF the court - They can include, however not limited to, 1-1 training sessions on the court, live game study, film study, attending team practices, sitting in on team meetings, and more. Customized packages are great for players, coaches and even entire teams!
